The library is a valuable resource for intellectual growth. Students are expected to maintain discipline and care while using it. The following rules apply:
Library Rules
- Books will be issued and returned only as per the rules framed by the Librarian.
- Books are issued for a fixed period of time and must be returned on or before the due date.
- Only one book may be issued at a time per student.
- A late fine of Rs. 10 per day, per book will be charged for overdue returns, without exception.
- Any damage (scribbling, tearing, folding, underlining, or writing) noticed in the book must be reported at the time of issue; otherwise, the student will be held responsible.
- Students damaging or losing books will have to pay the cost of replacement, along with an additional penalty as decided by the school.
- All library books must be returned prior to the annual examination. Clearance from the Librarian is mandatory for obtaining the Admit Card.
