Parental Co- Operation

Daily Supervision: Parents are expected to check their child’s school diary every day and ensure that all homework and assignments are completed on time. The diary should be countersigned by the parent daily.

Communication with School: If parents wish to discuss their child’s progress, they may write to the Principal or the Class Teacher and seek an appointment during office hours.

Respect for Teachers & School: Parents should refrain from criticizing teachers or the school in the presence of their child, as it may lead to loss of respect and discipline. Constructive concerns should be directly communicated to the school authorities.

Visits During School Hours: Parents are not permitted to meet teachers or children during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.

Updated Contact Information: Any change in address or phone number must be immediately communicated to the school office.

Punctuality & Attendance:
a) Parents must ensure that their child arrives at school on time.
b) Attendance at the morning assembly is compulsory.
c) Students arriving late or missing the assembly may be sent back home.
d) Parents should not take their child home during school hours without prior approval from the Principal.
e) Sick children should not be sent to school. Sending medicines with children is strictly prohibited.
f) Students will not be allowed to leave school premises before dispersal time, except in emergencies authorized by the Principal.

Participation in Activities: Parents must encourage their child to actively participate in all academic, cultural, literary, and sports activities of the school.

Discipline Support: Parents are expected to co-operate with the school in maintaining discipline. If a child is consistently indisciplined or irregular in work, parents must ensure corrective measures are taken at home.

Private Tuition: Parents should avoid engaging teachers of the school for private tuition unless approved by the Principal.

School Property: Parents must ensure that their child respects school property. Any damage caused will be charged to the parent/guardian.
